We have highlighted just few of the safeguards for your consideration; All staff employed must undertake confidentiality agreement. No agency workers are used. We are a limited company registered with Data Protection Act authority.(Registration Number Z1165597) No company institute or third party will have any access to your data or details. Therefore total confidentiality and protection of your data. 24 hours CCTV surveillance on our scanning department and on upon entry & exit of our building. All our drivers have to provide us with CRB certificate. All our in-house computer systems are not attached to any external network i.e. internet. Collection and deliveries of your documents are made using our own unmarked vehicle with security locks. Each member of staff is given a user access level to information so they may only access information to which they are authorised.
